We'd love to help but can you assume we don't have the faintest idea what you are talking about.

We assume you are talking about an oil filled radiator - because that's the category in which you have posted.

Can you please tell us the make and model of the radiator?

I'm mystified when you say "We had no oil, its now full but I Can't get it out of lock out"

Did you have a leak and it emptied? Wjhat do you mean "Lock Out" has it overheated and some kinf od thermal protection tripped?

There's just a chance you are talking about oil fired central heating running out of oil, the tank being refilled and there being an air lock somewhere in the feed, or the boiler is somehow locked out.

Can you please take a breath and give us a brief but concise version of the whole story?
