yes a cold one!! if u want a hot one u need to re pressurise the boiler or get someone who know how to genearally upto 1.5 bar

Th eboiler may wqell have a safety lockout that prevemnts it firing on low pressure.

Diagnose th elow pressure and fix that as a priority - you may have a leak in the heating circuit.
