Mend Volvo V40 No Start Fuel Pump Ignition

Volvo V40 not starting?

Hi, my Volvo V40 (2001) won't start, No crank, no fuel pump. The red LED light flashing rapidly for about 15 seconds when I turn the ignition to 2nd position, And when I turn the key to third position, everything goes out. Anyone had this and / or know what is causing the no start no crank?
