The drier doesn't stay on when the start button is pressed. It works ok if you keep the button pressed in but stops as soon as you let go. It has also started to make a grinding sort of noise.
The repair worked. New PCB/Relay unit. Cost £10.75 + P&P and took about 30 mins for a total novice to fit.

Mine has just started to do the exact same thing! Spare can be bought from http://www.4hoover.co.uk, but I'm not sure what to try. I am thinking the on/off switch assembly might be a good one to start on. Do please post here if you fix it and I'll do the same!
