Mend Humax 9200T Pvr Remote

humax pvr 9200t frozen?

The remote would not turn programme or select so selected programme next to it which was qvc channel off air. New batteries in remote still frozen. Cannot select menu on remote to do reset it is now completely stuck on channel. Cannot connect to my computer to run update as in the other room. Any suggestions?

Try switching off at the mains, count to 10 & then switch on again - hopefully it should reset
