how do i reset my cd/radio?

I have a 04 vauxhall astra club. My battery died so I got a new battery on.I put the wrong code in & now it wont play at all.

It just says SAFE when it is turned on & wont do anything.

try unhook the battery again , and see if it will let you put the code in again, keep it unhooked for about 15 mins, before you try again.
