vivaro radio fault?

i have a vauxhall vivaro and on starting the van after the xmas break the radio/cd player is showing interruption navigation! now as far as i know there is no in vehicle sat nav and i can't get rid of this message so as to use the radio. If anyone knows how to help it would be very appreciated. cheers
