why is my 04 vauxhall astra sucking through the dipstick and filler cap?

the water coolant is fine but there is a noise coming from the cam cover which i think is air being sucked through the gasket but why is it sucking like this

Are you sure its actually sucking? Take the oil filler cap off, put the palm of your hand over the hole to make sure.
