Mend Exbury EBY 15 Turn Remote Front

How do I fix the switch?

Exbury EBY 15 I believe I have a switch fault. The fire will not always operate when I turn it on either with the remote or front switch. The signal is received nothing happens. If I turn off the isolation switch to the fire and then put it back on, the fire then respond to the remote or front switch.

Sounds like the PCB is faulty they cost about £45

From what you say I believe you do not have a switch problem.

The isolation switch seems to work and neither front panel switch nor remote control work positively.

I would guess an electronic control issue.
But I can only guess - I have no experience of this equipment.
