How to replace pull cord on Winterwarm wall mounted unit?

how remove winterwarm cover to replace pull cord. I have a wall mounted unit and it's a complete mystery now to get to the pull cord to replace it.

The manual should tell you how to take off the cover. It should be straightforward enough to work out where the cord threads and how it is fastened. You should be able to get generic pull cord for light switches etc from Amazon, eBay, etc.
