Mend Reset Factory Help

Low battery?

I have a new battery, it is charging at 13.4v and the battery is holding 12v, can it be reset in the programming or factory reset, once again many thanks for the help.

your charging voltage a bit low,and you cant test the battery with a multi meter.we use a special tester that put a dummy load on the battery,replace the battery
