Probably a faulty water inlet valve. To test it, start filling machine. After a few seconds press pause. Water should stop flowing in immediately. If water continues to flow in but stops if you turn tap off then back on, then valve needs replacing. If water stops when you pause machine (try it several times) then there may be a blockage or split in the air pressure tube down the rear right hand side of the tub.
