Glass detached from Cook top?

yes it can , take it off and clean it and around the frame it sits in, with all the power off going to it, then after cleaning the frame. get a tube of tec 7 silcone sealant adhesives , and apply the sealent into the rim of the frame, press the glass down on the the frame, now apply the sealent to the top of the glass around the frame, like putting putty into a window, if you use a glass of water and dip your finger into it, and run your finger along the sealant on the top of the glass to make it even , the seland will hold the glass in tight, and the tec 7 will seal it water tight,, it will go hard in 24 hours,
