Mend Rayburn 480K Leak Small Hole

leak in tiger loop?

I have a Rayburn 480K heating and cooker. The tiger loop has a small hole underneath (which looks as if it is supposed to be there) but a very small drip is occurring in this area. All the joints are tight and this is an old system and it has not happened before. Can you tell me how to fix it please?
