Has the Pulsacoil system have to be drained to replace the thermosistors?

Does all the water in the system have to drained to replace the sensors???

Not the Hot Water Sensor, but you have to turn off the Cold inlet and open a Hot Tap to Release the pressure first

I think the Heating sensors are fitted in a pocket but not sure
