My oil-fired Rayburn has gone out, recently serviced?

My oil-fired Rayburn has gone out, the fuel ran out completely and although tank has been refilled, nothing coming through - could it be an air lock?

yes could be air in the oil line but could also be that it has been sucking sludge from the bottom of the tank you will need to make sure the oil line is clear change the filter and the pump strainer and fit a new nozzel
