Mend Simpson EZISet 9.5Kg Remove Control Panel Cover

How to remove the control panel cover?

I need to remove the control cover on a Simpson EZISet 9.5Kg top loader washing machine. At the back of the cover are two screws and two plastic locking lugs but something else near the front of the panel is still holding it. Can you explain how I can remove it please
