Aqualtis won't stop?

Aqualtis AQ9D692IUKV.
Have had an F-5 code. Checked the on internet and found I have to clean the pump. Tried to open the cap and broke it. Brought a new pump. Fix it in place . Everything OK but now the pump is running and don't stop. Please Help
