My F&P gw709au won't fill up or go through wash cycle. ?

It makes a pumping sound like it is trying to drain the water then comes up with an beeping sound with the lights 3,4,(green) and 7(orange). Any ideas???

That is fault code 50. Hot water inlet valve fault. The control board monitors the circuit through the hot & cold inlet valves. It will show this error when it gets a bad reading. It could be a faulty hot water inlet valve but it could also be a fault in the control PCB itself. You will need a tech to test & decide which is at fault.
