Mend Hoover hnv 160-80 Tumble Dryer Heating Element Not

i have a hoover nextra hnv 160-80 & its not heating up the element is new?

I have a Hoover nextra hnv 160-80 & it's not heating up/drying my laundry, I just installed a new heating element and the power is good and vents are clear any tips on why it's still not working
