Mend Simpson 39S600 Dryer Timer Cold

My simpson 39S600 tumble dryer does not heat?

It does through the cycle, timer counts down, but only cold air is blowing. I have changed the heating element and it still does the same.

Just a guess! I had the same problem many years ago and it was a burnt out micro switch. It's a small black 'box' about 2x1x1cm with connectors. Had to replace it every 6 months or so but not expensive. Good luck.
