Mend Key Ignition Switch

my car radio is constantly on?

My car radio is constantly on whether the key is in the ignition or not
I have pressed the on/off switch nothing.
I can not change channels
I have changed radio and the same problem occur end.
The problems still occurs even when I have locked the car
