Vivaro 08?

Doesn't have a relay,
every thing is run through a module and it's a pain to get at,
right above the steering lock behind the dash.
A right pain.
But the usual on these is the wiper linkage.
If you can still hear the motor running when the wipers are on but no arm movement then it's the linkage.
Which means taking off the wiper arms,the big full width plastic cowling to get at the linkage/motor.
