auto transmission oil pan and gasket changed?

I have just had new oil pan and gasket plus fluid changed on my fort galaxy v reg 1.9tdi automatic cut still seems to due leaking could this be because its new oil and needs to be run in for oil to thicken as it seems to be coming from gasket
