Mend Renault Megane 1.5 dCi Reg Problems

renault megane 1.5 dci 53 reg problems ?

renault megane 1.5 dci 53 plate. keeps stuttering, and nearly cutting out. very erratic revs. kicks out clouds of white smoke. does it not only when cold but when warm aswell. head gasket is ok, changed heater plugs and fuel filter. getting desperate and driving me mad.any ideas?????
