Mend Whirlpool AWOD/5506 Washer Cycle

How can I fix my whirlpool 6 series AWOD/5506?

My washer on the spin cycle says 17 mins keeps turning and sounds like it's emptying but won't spin stays on 17 minutes? Do you know what this problem is?
