How can i fix my wmb61431 w?

I have seen it on here several times before - it's a masculine thing - men find it difficult to understand the purpose of the hold function on washing machines.

In an attempt to prevent creasing the washing is often gently tumbled until the operator is ready to remove them for drying.

It's probably a feature rather than a fault.
