Mend Galaxy G8000s Heat Water Turn

shower doesn't heat up properly?

my Galaxy G8000s shower doesn't heat the water. It's not completely cold, just lukewarm. If I turn the shower off, then on again the water starts to come out very hot, but only for a couple of seconds, then it returns to a lukewarm temp.
Any ideas please?
