Mend Samsung rf268abrs Door Days Ago

Samsung Fridge Model rf268abrs ?

I purchased my french door refrigerator 3 days ago second hand. When I brought it home, it will not cool/freeze at all! My temps are running 75 freezer and 78 fridge. I replaced the main control board and nothing. When I removed the back cover panel, I have a red light that blinks 1 time over and over. Any ideas on what this could be??
