How can I fix my White Knight WK767 condensor tumble dryer?

My tumble dryer is working ok but has no heat (on high or low setting), I have checked the element and this seems fine, the connector with cables to heater element seemed loose and I pushed it together and element seemed to work again - think this was just coincidental as it stopped again after a few runs and after checking each individual connection - nothing. Seems it could be something simple and seems a shame to throw it when all else seems to be working ok. Any ideas???????
