I have got a 2000 golf mk 4 which no longer has central locking. I have a key to unlock the doors and a separate key to start the engine. The key which is supposed to unlock the doors only works from the drivers door and no longer unlocks tge passenger front door. I seem to be able to open it from the inside though? Please help :)
if u find the right fuse by looking at it if it hash a metallic strip all the way through its ok. if theres a break in the strip or its missing then it will need replacing. it just down to finding the right fuse

Thank you kash, if I find the fuses, how would I know if the fuse is gone?

check the fuses. theres one for central locking very common to miss the fuse
