Look in the logs to see what has happened.

Put in * 9 0 into the keypad and then the user code.
The last event will show.
Down arrow goes into the past event the up forwards.

Look in there and see if there are any faults recorded.
The information you have given us is insufficient.
And the voltage means nothing on its own, can you test the amp capacity as well?
