Mend Chubb AP28 Security System Keypad

Unable to set "Night Set"on CEF AP28?

Following series of power failures I am now unable to set a "Night Set"on my alarm CF AP28 Key pad.Used to set 4 digit code then * 0, and a sounder would sound for about 20secs. Now after inserting code then * 0 nothing happens.Any ideas?
