Mend Siemens RDH10RF Thermostat Heating Batteries

Problem with Siemens RDH10RF thermostat & receiver?

I have a Siemens RDH10RF thermostat and the receiver unit is not causing the heating to come on. I have changed the batteries and the heating still not coming on. Can you help?
