Mend Dyson Contrarotator Machine Stopped Rinse Cycle

How can I fix my Dyson Contrarotator Washing Machine?

My machine stopped during the rinse cycle and displayed "Caution High Water Level". I tried to cancel the program and it displayed "Cancelling Program" and sounded like it was proceeding but nothing happened!

I need to remove water and clothes and reset if possible.

Any thoughts?
