Mend Beko WM5100W Machine Stopped Rinse

Can i fix my Beko 5kg washing machine?

wm5100W Has stopped mid cycle as if on rinse hold. Have tried draining and spinning but nothing happens, only a whiring noise. Have also switched off and on again! HELP

remove the filter bottom left.shine a torch in to filter housing and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely.press and hold the start button for 5seconds to reset machine
