Mend Ryobi Turn Replacing Motor

My Ryobi table saw vibrates and the blade is not leveled?

My Ryobi table saw vibrates when I turn it on. The saw blade is not leveled. It tilts about 3 degrees to the right. Can I fix it by replacing the motor or something else?
