peugeot 807 2.0 hdi cold starting with hot water?

Hello bill,
did you ever get to the bottom of your problem.we have the same fault with our car.it wont start on cold mornings unless you put hot water over the fuel pump. we have replaced the glowplugs & replaced the pressure sensor.No one seems to know the cause, yet we have no problem during the summer months.
