Mend Hotpoint Aquarious Tumble Button Working

how can i fix heater in hotpoint aquarious tumble dryer?

can anyone tell me if there is a cut off button for the heater in my hotpoint aquarious tumble dryer. the vent was blocked and although the tumble is working the heater isnt. HELP.
