Have tried all the obvious things and took the back off to see if there was a reset button like there was on my old machine. Can this be reset? If so, how? Was told it might have something to do with the thermal fuse at the back. Where is this and how do you check and change it? We have 6 adults and 2 babies in the house and are desperate to get this working asap.
water in the element causes this issue sometimes when the drain pump doesn't work or the appliance has recently been moved.dry the element out with a hair dryer and retest.testing with a megger is the answer if tripping constantly
