Claire, this is a main module fault. You need to change the main module in the front of the machine but make sure you leave the new door lock in place. We stock it at ÂŁ47.88 + ÂŁ6 postage (exchange). This is ready programmed for your model number. Once you do this, your machine will work ok again.
