Mend Hotpoint WM22 1000 Wash Cycle

Hotpoint not using all powder in drawerr?

We have a hotpoint aquarius 1000 wm22 and after a wash cycle has finished there is still a lot of powder in the tray
Anybody else had this happen?

Have you removed the drawer and cleaned inside the hole the drawer left behind
