Clasp on my smeg sc336x oven door has closed and I can't close the foor?

Hello,

I was cleaning my oven and went to close the door to find that it now won't shut! I've taken the door off and it looks as though the clasps within the hinge bracket have locked somehow and I have no idea how to open them...?

No manual? You could try Smeg themselves - there are probably support pages on their website. Nothing there? There's a really useful thing called Google you can use to search the Internet. I found this within 2 minutes:
