unable to start wash as start button not illuminated/working ?

Hi, the start button is not lit up on washing machine BEKO WM6355W, can select a programme but unable to start.

had a look, more info for you, the ready light is lit, any program can be selected and is displayed on lcd. when start button pressed " C on " appears on lcd, prewash flashes sometimes too. How do I get the PCB off the fascia panel?

is the start button pressing anything?.if pcb has pushed back it might be the issue.need to remove pcb from fascia panel to access press button on the pcb to test it
