Boiler trips out. Sirrus Radiant?

Sirrus Radiant model RMAS 20 E. Type C.. Boiler trips out when hot water taps are run. Boiler trips our when heating timer kicks in. Need to restart the boiler several times before it continues to run. Boiler engineer says the there may be a fault in the "panel". He has already replaced the temp sensor. No effect...
