Mend Siemens Siwamat 6120 Washing Machine Repair

How can I fix a faulty siemens Siwamat 6120 washing machine?

My Siemens Siwamat 6120 washing machine is not spinning. It runs thro the wash cycle, but then flashes alternately between final rinse/rinse hold and "4" on the delay timer.

I have tried the spin option alone but the drum does not rotate.

can anyone help, please ?
