still strong 19. 5 out and 12.75 dc can scantronic make a panel or can the not mate ?not a burn mark from dropping resistors on pc ,nothing

At least he knows the battery is likely to be at fault,plus the user manual link is there for him to copy&paste if needed.

Now back to this Irish Europlex 3GS series panel I've got me to play with,me using it on bench with Honeywells AG8 WB sounder.

Just playing with the resistor/diode values at the moment.

Probably end up back in the skip though :D

The manual or the logs... Won't tell him the control backup battery needs replacing.

It will log the event but not offer a solution,so he's back to square one really.

download the manual from the tinternet and look at the log event to see what is triggering alarm
