Mend Gilera DNA Water System Changed Checked

how can i fix my gilera dna?

water is getting into my oil system from the water cooler. I have changed the head gaskets twice and checked that the mating surface are within tolerance and don't need to be skimmed. There doesn't appear to be any cracks either. The water is still going into the oil system.

sorry not sure without looking at it but i do know someone who has the same problem with a piaggio x9 which is the same engine so i will post the answer when he takes his apart and finds the problem ok
