after fitting new bathroom suite water flow slow for few days?
i drained tank in loft...that directly feeds the bath & en suite
shower/sink unit...changed the bath/and reconned new taps.....afterwhich cold feed running at dribble for a week before back to normal. checked
hand screw valves below header tank in airing cupboard....cant see how it was an airlock.as i opened all taps on system to purge..
you'll be surprized where airlocks get.
i've had simple jobs that take 15 mins to do and 1 hour to clear the air lock.
thats why i never drain a system now if i can help it, i just bung them. saves alot of time.
