Mend Indesit WI121 Cold Water Changing

Indesit WI121 washing machine cold water keeps running?

Indesit WI121 washing machine cold water keeps running through most of cycle, have tried changing cold water solenoid valve but problem still there. Is it the timer and is it worth changing this?

hi sounds like relay on the main board to me they are well known for this (not cheap)
